Deciding to participate in the recruitment process, remember to include a relevant clause:

I agree for my personal data included in my job application to be processed for the purpose of this and any future recruitment processes carried out by Unified Factory S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (uniform text, Official EU Journal L 119 of 4 May 2016).


You have provided your personal data to participate in the recruitment process which is why we would like to inform you that:


Your Data Controller is Unified Factory S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw, Al. SolidarnoĊ›ci 117/309, 00-140 Warsaw.

Your personal data will be kept by the Data Controller for 3 years, starting from the end of the calendar year when the recruitment ended.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of the recruitment process in Unified Factory S.A. based on your consent granted above, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and to Article 6(1)(f) to ensure the Data Controller is able to identify any legal claims, pursue them or defend against them.

You provide your personal data, including your name (names) and surname, date of birth, address of residence (address for deliveries), education, your previous employment, as per the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labour Code, and any secondary legislation in a mandatory fashion, while for any additional data it is voluntary, though required to pursue the recruitment purposes. Omitting any mandatory information may result in rejecting your job application during initial verification.

Every person who granted their consent for processing their personal data by Unified Factor shall have the following rights:

  • The right to demand from the Data Controller to enable you to access your Personal Data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing,
  • The right to object to the processing,
  • The right of data portability,
  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent before it was withdrawn,
  • The right to make a claim to the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
