The prupose of the following document is to clarify issues related to personal data and cookie file/local storage processing by the https://app.unifiedfactory.com site (“Site”) and its owner (administrator) Unified Factory S.A. based in Warsaw, 117/309 Solidarności Av., 00-140 Warsaw, Poland, registered within the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS#: 0000322316, VAT#: 1132452952, REGON: 015573000 (“UF”).

Personal Data

UF is the administrator of the data submitted by the client upon registration within the Site. Personal data is submitted by clients voluntarily and it will be processed for the purpose of providing the Service through the Site, issuing invoices and if the client agreed, also for marketing and advertising purposes. The gathered personal data of clients is processed by UF within the scope of the given consent and in compliance with the law of the republic of Poland, particularly in compliance with the Act of August 29 1997 on Personal Data Protection.Submitting personal data is voluntary, it is also required for the purpose of providing the Service. The client has the right to access their data and amend it, demand for any processing or use of their personal data which is not in compliance with the law to be ceased and withdraw their consent for processing of personal data. Personal data is gathered by UF and the Site only if the client voluntarily decides to submit e.g. their e-mail address, first and last name, or their phone number. UF does not automatically gather and does not process any personal data of any visitors to the Site. A database including personal data is stored on servers, which provide suitable security. Only a limited number of authorised UF staff may gain access to this database.UF may entrust the processing of the gathered data to third parties based on a separate agreement and in compliance with art. 31 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on Personal Data Protection.

Cookie files / local storage

The Site uses cookies / local storage for the purpose of providing the Service and ensuring proper functioning of the Site.
The files include different kinds of computer data, most often text files, which are stored at the end user’s device (e.g. on the hard drive of their PC, or on a memory card of a tablet). Most often they include information regarding the visited website which they originated from, how long the file is to be stored and their unique number. If the given website stores cookie files on the user’s computer each time the user visits the site it will review the previously stored cookies / local storage.
Default internet browser settings usually allow for the browser to accept and store cookie files. The visitor of the Site/the client may change these settings at any time according to the functionality of their browser. Cookie files can be managed directly through browser settings. Information on how to manage cookie file preferences can be found in the help information for each browser.

The Site utilises:

  • session cookies/local storage, which are temporary files stored on the device of the Site visitor for as long as they are visiting the Site;
  • permanent cookies/local storage, which are stored in the Site visitor’s device for a period of time specified within the parameters of the cookie file or until the user decides to delete them;
  • statistical cookies/local storage, which allow for collecting information about the way the user uses the Site;
  • functional cookies/local storage, which allow for storing information about particular choices made by visitors of the Site, e.g. choice of language, font size.

Disabling cookie files/local storage within your browser will not make it impossible for you to use the Site and the Service provided through the Site, but some functionalities may not be available or may work in a limited capability.
