Legal basis and purposes of personal data processing:

Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. a) in order to receive commercial information to your e-mail address and / or telephone contact for direct marketing of Unified Factory S.A. products;
Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) for the correct implementation of the terms of the contract concluded between Unified Factory SA and the entity being the owner / user of the domain in which you have an email address or conducting trade negotiations aimed at its conclusion;
Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. c) in order to properly fulfill the rights and obligations of the Company, resulting from generally applicable regulations;

Article 6 paragraph 1 f) exercising the legitimate interest of the administrator, who in this case is understood as the ability to determine, implement or defend against legal claims. Your personal data, along with the content of electronic correspondence, will be stored for a period of 6 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the last message from your email address was sent to the e-mail address in unifiedfactory.com.

Accordingly, the transferred personal data may be shared with persons and entities authorized under the generally applicable laws and agreements concluded with the administrator in the scope of payment handling, telecommunications connections, marketing and other IT solutions necessary for proper cooperation of the cooperation.

Every person who granted their consent for processing their personal data by Unified Factor shall have the following rights:

The right to demand from the Data Controller to enable you to access your Personal Data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing,
The right to object to the processing,
The right of data portability,
The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
The right to make a claim to the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
